Shipping & Returns Policies

 

 By placing your order with SKECH on skechit.com you agree to the following policies.

 General

· Once an order has been submitted, please allow up to 1-2 business days for it to be processed and shipped. All orders are shipped from the SKECH Distribution Center in the state of California via UPS (standard shipping) or free USPS (United States Postal Service) shipping unless otherwise specified. No orders are processed or shipped on Saturday & Sundays.

· Upon shipment you will receive an e-mail notification containing tracking information so that you can view the status of your order. For UPS ground shipments, please allow 3-5 business days from the time processed (unless upgraded shipping options are chosen).

· All express deliveries (3 Day, 2 Day, Next Day, etc.) are shipped same day.

· Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Saturday deliveries are available with Next Day shipping only.

· We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO's.

· For orders returned due to incorrect, missing address information, or any issues related to customs or importing, shipping fees are non-refundable.

· If no specific shipping instructions are provided, SKECH will use the best shipping method available and will invoice the customer accordingly.

· SKECH is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.

· Free shipping is offered via the United States Postal Service and for USA customers only.*

· SKECH is not responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred do to service type selected, international fees, etc.

 

*Free shipping is offered strictly on original purchases made through this website and is not valid on replacements/returns/exchanges and/or may not be substituted/traded towards product discounts, all SKECH related pricing is final.

Shipping Internationally

All international orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. The cost of shipping is calculated automatically based on weight and location, and includes any associated duties and taxes. Please note we are obligated by law to declare the proper value on all shipments. The recipient is responsible for all Customs Duties and Taxes levied by the country of destination.

Backorders

If one or more of the items in your order is out of stock, your order will not ship until all items are available (Applicable to both international and domestic orders). Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information shortly thereafter.

 

SKECH Return Policies

 

Non-damaged products in new condition

The following policies apply to skechit.com purchases only.

If you purchased a product directly from SKECH through www.skechit.com, and you're dissatisfied for any reason, send it back within thirty (30) days of purchase for your replacement or refund. Simply call 855-306-6911 or email customer-support@skechit.com to receive your RMA number to write on your return package.

Any domestic, international, or expedited shipping fees incurred on your original order will not be refunded. Once we have received your product, your original payment method will be refunded within 3-5 business days or your desired replacement product will be shipped within 3-5 business days. 

SKECH is not liable for products that are damaged or lost in transit to SKECH. We recommend that you ship your returned products to SKECH via a traceable shipment method. Customers outside the United States are responsible for paying customs fees, including, but not limited to, taxes, duties and brokerage. Promptly following SKECH’s receipt of your returned product (typically within 7-10 business days), SKECH will replace the products or credit the amount paid for the returned product (less any shipping costs/expenses related to the original purchase, which are non-refundable) to the payment method you used to make the original purchase. Notwithstanding the foregoing, SKECH does not control when a specific company processes a chargeback transaction. You are responsible for contacting your financial institution if you have questions about the status of the refund.

SKECH will not replace or provide a refund for a product that is received by SKECH more than thirty (30) days after the date of original purchase.

SKECH also does not replace or provide a refund for returned products that are damaged due to misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse or other abnormal use.

This product replacement/refund policy applies to the direct end user purchases. It does not apply to dealers, distributors or any other third parties in a distribution chain who purchase product for resale, nor does it cover products purchased through online auction websites or channels other than SKECH’s website.

Modifying an order after it has been placed

Orders cannot be modified once they have been submitted. If you wish to discuss your order with one of our representatives, you may contact Customer Service at 855-306-6911 any time Monday-Friday between 8:30am and 5pm PST.

Damaged/ Defective products covered by the SKECH warranty

In cases of damaged/defective products (under warranty), please click here to submit a claim and include an image file of the original purchase receipt as well as the damaged product (acceptable formats; .jpg, .png, .pdf.)

You will be provided with a shipping label to return the product for further examination. If the case is deemed to be a manufacturer defect, a replacement coupon will be sent via email within 2 business days from the date of last contact.

Please note that SKECH’s Limited Warranty and SKECH's One-Year Limited Warranty do not cover misuse, accident, or abuse; damage to any non-SKECH product, including, but not limited to device damage or loss of data; customized or custom printed product; and products purchased through unauthorized channels (including eBay).
